For your convenience, appointments are usually available within 72 hours. However, to ensure availability on your preferred date and time, we recommend contacting us before purchasing your experience.

How will I receive the voucher if I purchase it online?

Can I purchase an experience as a gift for someone else?

We request that you cancel your appointment a minimum of six hours in advance through our online reservation system, or by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than six hours notice or do not attend your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you do not give any notice and do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

When booking your treatment, please ensure you notify staff of any health-related issues you may have such as allergies, injuries, or medication you are taking so we can tailor your treatment accordingly and provide the best possible service.

What is the minimum age requirement for spa services?

• Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma is a SPA with no minimum age.

• Hipotels Eurotel Punta Rotja is a 16+ SPA.

• Hipotels Mediterraneo Hotel is a 18+ SPA. (only hotel guests)

The Lunch Upgrade options depend on the spa selected:

  • Gran Playa – Lunch Voucher:
    Guests may choose one of the following options: Caesar salad, fresh leaf salad with tuna, club sandwich, or tuna sandwich. Includes water or a soft drink. Dessert is also included and consists of seasonal fresh fruit.
  • Eurotel – Lunch Voucher:
    Guests may choose from starters, hamburgers, sandwiches, baguettes, pizzas, or pasta. Includes water or a soft drink.
