How can I book my appointment?

For your convenience, appointments are usually available within 72 hours. However, to ensure availability on your preferred date and time, we recommend contacting us before purchasing your experience.

How will I receive the voucher if I purchase it online?

All vouchers are delivered instantly to your email inbox upon purchase.

Can I purchase an experience as a gift for someone else?

Yes, you can definitely purchase an experience as a gift. Simply complete the purchase and then reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. Our team will be happy to create a beautifully personalized voucher for you to present to the recipient.

What is the validity period of my voucher?

Your voucher is valid for a full year, with a validity period of 365 days from the date of purchase.

What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

We request that you cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance through our online reservation system, or by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you do not give any notice and do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

With which health conditions can I attend de appointment?

When booking your treatment, please ensure you notify staff of any health-related issues you may have such as allergies, injuries, or medication you are taking so we can tailor your treatment accordingly and provide the best possible service.

What is the minimum age requirement for spa services?

Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma is a SPA with no minimum age.

Hipotels Eurotel Punta Rotja is a 16+ SPA.

Hipotels Mediterraneo Hotel is a 18+ SPA. (only hotel guests)

Viva Golf Adults only 18+.

Viva Blue & Spa is a SPA with no minimum age.

Viva Sunrise is a SPA with no minimum age.

Viva Cala Mesquida Resort & Spa is a SPA with no minimum age.

Viva Cala Mesquida Suites & SPA Adults only 16+

What should I know before my spa visit?

SPA Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Treatments start and end on time.
Parking: Please arrive early, as parking availability may vary.
Towels: Towels are available with a €10 refundable deposit per towel.

Can I request a refund for my voucher?

Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of the voucher.

For bookings with a set date or hotel + spa getaways, refunds depend on the selected rate and its cancellation policy. Non-refundable rates do not allow refunds.
