All vouchers are delivered instantly to your email inbox upon purchase.

Yes, you can definitely purchase an experience as a gift. Simply complete the purchase and then reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. Our team will be happy to create a beautifully personalized voucher for you to present to the recipient.

Your voucher is valid for a full year, with a validity period of 365 days from the date of purchase.

We request that you cancel your appointment a minimum of six hours in advance through our online reservation system, or by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or phone with 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than six hours notice or do not attend your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you do not give any notice and do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

When booking your treatment, please ensure you notify staff of any health-related issues you may have such as allergies, injuries, or medication you are taking so we can tailor your treatment accordingly and provide the best possible service.
