If you cancel with less than six hours notice or do not attend your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you do not give any notice and do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

What lunch options are included in the Lunch Upgrade depending on the selected spa?

The Lunch Upgrade options depend on the spa selected:

  • Gran Playa – Lunch Voucher:
    Guests may choose one of the following options: Caesar salad, fresh leaf salad with tuna, club sandwich, or tuna sandwich. Includes water or a soft drink. Dessert is also included and consists of seasonal fresh fruit.
  • Eurotel – Lunch Voucher:
    Guests may choose from starters, hamburgers, sandwiches, baguettes, pizzas, or pasta. Includes water or a soft drink.

Menu items may vary slightly depending on season and availability.
