How do I choose the spa location?
Purchase your voucher online and receive it instantly by email. Your confirmation email includes a private link where you can choose your preferred spa and requested date. Our wellness team will personally contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your booking, subject to availability. If you would like to secure a specific date first, you may also contact us in advance to check availability.

What does the lunch upgrade include?
The lunch upgrade varies by spa location.
At Gran Playa, guests may choose between Caesar salad, fresh leaf salad with tuna, club sandwich, or tuna sandwich. The upgrade also includes water or a soft drink, plus seasonal fresh fruit for dessert.
At Eurotel, guests may choose from starters, hamburgers, sandwiches, baguettes, pizzas, or pasta. Water or a soft drink is included.

Yes, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of the voucher.
For bookings with a set date or hotel + spa getaways, refunds depend on the selected rate and its cancellation policy. Non-refundable rates do not allow refunds.

Our day was absolutely brilliant. The receptionist was incredibly polite and helpful, and our couples massage followed by some fizz was perfect. I can’t recommend the team who massages us highly enough. We spent time in the pool area, the sauna, steam room and warm areas before finishing off with a session in the well equipped gym. Overall, it was a bargain, and a perfect day in a clean, well equipped spa.

Myself my mum and my daughter went for a massage and it was such an amazing experience very relaxing the spa and hotel are very clean staff are very friendly and welcoming!
